Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging, well-structured lessons
• Leading targeted Maths and English interventions for individuals and small groups
• Providing 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs, ensuring they’re fully included and able to thrive
• Fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported
