Ortus Recruitment is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Battersea, currently looking to appoint a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from April on a long-term basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is eager to make a genuine difference in the lives of pupils with additional needs, and who thrives in a warm, child-centred environment.

You’ll be working closely with children who require additional support due to a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. This support will take place both 1:1 and in small group settings, helping pupils to access the curriculum and develop socially and emotionally. You’ll collaborate with class teachers and the school’s SEN team to create a nurturing and inclusive learning space that helps every child succeed.
