Ortus Recruitment is working in partnership with a vibrant and inclusive mainstream primary school based in the heart of Nine Elms. We are seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their welcoming Early Years team on a full-time basis. As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting young learners during this crucial stage of development. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children in their learning and play-based activities.
• Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging and creative lessons.
• Offering 1:1 and small group support when required.
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all pupils.

Requirements:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential).
• Has prior experience in an Early Years or Nursery setting.
• Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a patient nature to the classroom.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
