Now Hiring: Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (Split Role) – Neasden

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Neasden is currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable Learning Support Assistant for a full-time split role.
Working Pattern:
- Monday–Tuesday: General Teaching Assistant in a Year 6 class – supporting whole-class learning, group work, and classroom routines.
- Wednesday–Friday: 1:1 Support for a Year 1 pupil with severe behavioural needs – the child may display verbal and physical aggression and is prone to emotional dysregulation.
This role requires a calm, consistent presence and someone with strong behaviour management skills. You will receive support from the SENCO and senior leadership team, along with relevant training.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working in primary education
- Confidence managing challenging behaviour
- A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
