We’re hiring a Behaviour Mentor to support two KS1 pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs at a welcoming mainstream primary school in Highgate, NW5.
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s confident, active, and ready to lead by example. Whether you’ve got experience in youth work, sports coaching, or mentoring — your ability to connect and stay calm under pressure is what counts.
What you’ll get:
- £90–£105 per day (PAYE – no umbrella)

- Resilient, proactive, and a natural role model for young boys
- Confident managing behaviour and setting clear boundaries
- Able to build trust and positive relationships quickly
- Experienced in mentoring, coaching, or working with young people (ideal but not essential)
