The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant to support our classroom teachers and work closely with pupils across a range of abilities. You’ll be an essential part of the classroom environment—helping deliver high-quality learning experiences, providing individual or group support, and contributing to the school’s positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support children’s learning under the direction of the class teacher
• Assist with classroom preparation, organisation, and display
• Work with individuals or small groups, including those with additional needs
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Foster strong, respectful relationships with pupils, staff, and families

About You:

• Experience working in a primary school or educational setting
• A warm, patient, and approachable manner
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt, use initiative, and work as part of a team
• A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3) is desirable but not essential
