The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. You will work alongside class teachers to support the learning, development, and well-being of our pupils, including those with additional needs. The successful candidate will be flexible, proactive, and able to build positive relationships with children, staff, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teaching across a range of subjects and age groups (EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2)
• Work one-to-one and with small groups to support individual learning needs
• Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom organisation
• Contribute to the implementation of EHCPs and behaviour support plans, where applicable
• Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress and engagement
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for all children

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting
• Relevant TA qualification (Level 2 or 3 preferred) or willingness to train
• A calm, nurturing approach with strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping children thrive
