We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team and support pupils in reaching their full potential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for education and a genuine interest in supporting children’s learning and development, especially those with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide focused 1:1 and small group support, particularly for pupils with special educational needs such as ASD and ADHD.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons and targeted interventions.
• Contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor pupil progress and support in delivering feedback to teachers and parents.
• Help with daily classroom organisation, resource preparation, and light admin tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working in a school setting, particularly with SEN pupils, is highly desirable given the diverse and dynamic nature of this school.
• Excellent communication, resilience, and the ability to adapt to varying needs within the classroom.
• TA qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 or NVQ are a plus but not essential for the right candidate.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a strong commitment to supporting every child’s education and wellbeing.
