Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum
• Work with small groups or 1:1 with pupils who require additional support
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive social interactions
• Assist with administrative tasks, display work, and classroom organisation
• Contribute to the school community and its values of respect, growth, and inclusivity

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about education and child development
• Positive, reliable, and proactive
• Patient and understanding, with strong communication skills
• Able to build strong relationships with children and colleagues
• Willing to learn and grow within a team environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting (preferred but not essential)
• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3) is desirable
• A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
