Are you passionate about supporting children’s development and promoting positive behaviour in education? We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming primary school in Brent and play a key role in helping pupils overcome behavioural challenges and thrive in the classroom.

Position: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Brent, North West London
Start Date: ASAP / September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, term-time only
Salary: £95–£110 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with individual pupils and small groups to support behaviour management, social skills, and emotional regulation. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of young learners and help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils displaying challenging behaviour with tailored interventions
• Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams
• Develop and implement behaviour support plans
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
• Act as a positive role model, building trust and rapport with students

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children with behavioural or emotional needs
• A calm, empathetic, and patient approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for making a difference in education
• Experience in a school or youth setting is highly desirable
