Ortus recruitment are currently looking for a qualified individual to work in a Primary School in New Addington as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.

The Primary School has an Ofsted ‘Good’ for their last report and a great leadership team who aim to provide a high quality standard of education.

The ideal candidate should be a recent graduate with a 2:2 or higher, have some previous experience working with children and working in a Primary School setting.

They must also come across warm and welcoming and be able to communicate with teachers and pupils effectively and clearly.

The role will be working alongside a teacher, helping plan and organise lessons as well as getting involved in class activities.

You will be working in groups as well as on a 1 to 1 basis with pupils who may need additional help with their work.
