This exciting opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about education and eager to support young learners—particularly those with literacy challenges or additional learning needs.

About the Role:

This is a highly rewarding role where you will provide 1:1 support for a pupil with literacy needs, while also assisting in class-based activities across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2. You’ll play a vital role in helping pupils access the curriculum and build confidence in their learning.

You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SEN staff to deliver engaging and accessible learning support that meets the needs of the child, making a visible impact on their academic progress and emotional development.
