The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils’ learning across the curriculum. You’ll provide both 1:1 and small group support, help to deliver high-quality classroom activities, and contribute to the positive, caring ethos of our school.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development.
• Assisting the teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress and behaviour.
• Working with children with additional needs, as required.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children, ideally within a school setting.
• Is positive, flexible, and committed to making a difference.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Is passionate about inclusive education and supporting all learners.
• Holds a relevant qualification such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
