Successful candidates will be placed in one school, working Monday to Friday, providing vital support within the classroom.

Requirements

• Hold or be predicted to achieve a degree classification of 2:2 or above.
• Be supportive, approachable, and friendly, with a genuine passion for working with children.
• Demonstrate resilience and motivation to inspire and support pupils in reaching their full potential.
• Have previous experience working with young people (preferred but not essential).
• Be able to commute reliably to Wandsworth.
• Possess a creative and reflective approach to supporting learning in the classroom.
• Confidently deliver well-structured support sessions to individuals or small groups.
• Work effectively as part of a team to enhance pupil outcomes.
