We are seeking motivated and passionate Teaching Assistants to join the school community and support pupils across Early Years, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2. Whether you are an experienced teaching assistant or looking to step into education for the first time, we are keen to hear from individuals who are enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to contribute positively to children’s learning and development.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics at grade C/4 or above
• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Education, or a related field is highly desirable
• A genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children in their academic and personal development
• Willingness to undertake relevant training where needed

Desirable Experience (not essential):

• Prior experience working with children in an educational, childcare or similar setting
• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs (e.g., SEND, EAL)
• Familiarity with the primary curriculum

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a busy school environment
• Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the classroom
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Additional Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
• First Aid certification (beneficial but not mandatory)
