Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Primary School)

Salary: £89-£100 Per day PAYE

The Role:
We are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support the teaching and learning across the school. This is a rewarding opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of professionals and make a real difference in children’s lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences
• Work with individual pupils, small groups, or whole classes to support learning and development
• Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources
• Provide one-to-one support for children with special educational needs (where applicable)
• Promote positive behaviour and a safe, supportive learning environment
• Contribute to school life, including extracurricular activities and events

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (school, nursery, club, etc.)
• A caring and patient approach with a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A good standard of literacy and numeracy
• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) desirable, but not essential
