Location: Croydon, South London
Pay: £89 – £100 per day (PAYE)
Contract: Full-time | Term-time only
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner for the right candidate)

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
• Working 1:1 or in small groups to help children reach their full potential
• Providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs, including SEN
• Helping create a positive, safe and stimulating classroom environment
• Assisting with lesson preparation, behaviour support, and school activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with primary-aged children (in a school or childcare setting)
• A patient, caring approach with a genuine passion for education
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A relevant TA qualification (Level 2/3) is desirable but not essential
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
