Location: Ealing Broadway, West London
Start Date: September 2025
Full-Time | Term-Time Only

About the Role:
You will be supporting pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO, you’ll help deliver personalised support and ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
• Assist with classroom activities and differentiated learning
• Promote inclusion and ensure a safe, nurturing environment
• Help monitor student progress and provide feedback

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children with SEN (school or care setting)
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient nature
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
