The school is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from September 2025. Role Overview:

As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide in-class learning support to pupils across Key Stage 2
• Deliver targeted academic and behaviour interventions
• Support teachers in creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
• Promote a positive attitude towards learning and help maintain excellent classroom behaviour
• Work closely with individual children and small groups to support progress

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience supporting pupils aged 3–11 in a primary setting
• GCSEs in English and Maths (Essential)
• A Level 2 or higher Teaching Assistant qualification (Desirable)
• A passion for working with children and supporting their individual needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
