Location: West Drayton
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: Full-time, Term-time
Salary: £90 – £100 Depending on qualifications and experience

About the Role:

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting infants in their early development. You’ll work alongside experienced educators to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Requirements:

CACHE Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
A genuine passion for working with young children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A DBS check on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
