Ortus Recruitment is currently supporting our partnered school based in Tooting with their search for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor. The school caters to pupils with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, and is known for its structured, nurturing environment. In this role, you’ll be supporting students in Key Stage 2, helping them re-engage with learning, build trust, and develop the skills they need to thrive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in youth work, mentoring, or classroom support in an SEN setting.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience supporting vulnerable or at-risk young people
• Strong behaviour management and a calm, positive attitude
• Confidence in building relationships and setting clear boundaries
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
