Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

About You:

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
• Holds a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or is working towards one)
• Is patient, proactive, and nurturing in their approach
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Is passionate about helping children to thrive and reach their full potential
