About the Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working closely with class teachers and the wider pastoral team to deliver targeted support to children across the primary age range. You will support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, helping them to overcome barriers to learning – from literacy and numeracy catch-up to emotional regulation and social development.

This role is particularly well-suited for graduates with a background in education, psychology, or child development who are eager to make a real impact on young learners’ lives.
