Behaviour Mentor – Ealing (W5)
Pay: £95 – £105 per day

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming school in Ealing (W5). This is a fantastic opportunity to support young people in making positive choices, building resilience, and achieving their potential both academically and personally.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour support to pupils
• Promote positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques
• Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to create tailored support plans
• Act as a positive role model, encouraging confidence and self-esteem

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children or young people with behavioural needs (school or youth setting)
• Strong communication, patience, and resilience
• Ability to build positive relationships and maintain firm boundaries
• A genuine passion for making a difference in young people’s lives

• Pay: £95 – £105 per day
• Full-time, term-time only
