Ortus Recruitment is supporting a warm and inclusive primary school in Tooting in their search for a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with children and eager to make a meaningful difference in their development.

Key Duties:

• Supporting pupils during lessons and group activities
• Working 1:1 with students who need extra help
• Helping manage classroom behaviour and encouraging engagement
• Assisting with preparation of learning resources

Essential Criteria:

• Experience working with children (school, nursery, youth work, etc.)
• Qualifications are beneficial but not essential
• Must have an Enhanced DBS or be willing to apply for one
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and supportive mindset
