SEN Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start | Ealing Broadway

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive school located in Ealing Broadway, just a short walk from the station. This is an immediate start role, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD and ADHD
• Work 1:1 and with small groups to enhance learning outcomes
• Support class teachers in implementing tailored strategies for individual pupils
• Use effective behaviour management skills to maintain a positive learning environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly ASD and ADHD
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A patient, proactive and adaptable approach
• Available to start immediately
