We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming SEN school in Hounslow. The role involves supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, and communication or learning difficulties, across both classroom and one-to-one settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to pupils to help them access learning.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual support plans.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement in learning.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN (in school or similar setting).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach.
• A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
