Ortus recruitment are currently looking for a reliable individual for a Teaching Assistant in Thornton Heath.

The Primary School has an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ report with great facilities and a strong leadership team.

The ideal candidate should be reliable and have good knowledge of the Primary School curriculum and have previous experience working in schools and with SEN.

The role will consist of working alongside teachers helping them plan and organize lessons whilst also supporting children with their learning and development as well as their social and mental health needs. The individual will be expected to work with children with additional needs on a 1 to 1 basis and in groups of children.
