The Role

This Classroom Assistant role is to work with a child in KS1 who has SEMH and can sometimes exhibit challenging behaviour. As a Classroom Assistant, you will:

· Manage challenging behaviour and build rapports with pupils
· Encourage self-confidence and social skills
· Have a firm but fair approach and experience working with Challenging Behaviour or SEN (this does not have to have been in a school setting)

If you are an aspiring LSA, SEN TA, HLTA, or Learning Mentor, this role will be ideal for you. In addition, if you have a sport or creative background and are passionate about supporting our next generation, we would love to hear from you.
