The Role

In this rewarding role, you’ll be supporting pupils across the primary age range, helping them to reach their full academic and personal potential. You’ll assist the class teacher with learning activities, prepare engaging resources, and provide one-to-one or small group support where needed.

This position offers hands-on classroom experience and the chance to build strong relationships with pupils, encouraging their confidence, social skills, and love of learning. You’ll play a vital role in helping children overcome barriers and celebrate their successes every day.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
· A degree or relevant qualification in Education, Psychology, English, Maths, Science, Drama, or Performing Arts
· Experience working with children or young people (e.g., Youth Work, Mentoring, Tutoring, Childcare, or Voluntary Roles)
· Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
· The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
· An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
