About the Role:
Our partnered primary school is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work closely with students who require additional social, emotional, or behavioural support. You’ll play a vital role in helping children develop confidence, resilience, and positive learning habits—making every day rewarding and meaningful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour support
• Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
• Help children develop emotional regulation and social skills
• Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams
• Encourage positive behaviour and model best practices
• Contribute to a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children (school, youth work, care, sports coaching, etc.)
• Is calm, reliable, and nurturing
• Can motivate and inspire young learners
• Understands the importance of safeguarding and child wellbeing
• Communicates confidently with pupils and staff
