About the Role:
Our partnered primary school is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work closely with students who require additional social, emotional, or behavioural support. You’ll play a vital role in helping children develop confidence, resilience, and positive learning habits—making every day rewarding and meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour support
- Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
- Help children develop emotional regulation and social skills
- Work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams
- Encourage positive behaviour and model best practices
- Contribute to a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working with children (school, youth work, care, sports coaching, etc.)
- Is calm, reliable, and nurturing
- Can motivate and inspire young learners
- Understands the importance of safeguarding and child wellbeing
- Communicates confidently with pupils and staff
