A reputable mainstream primary school based in Roehampton seeks a talented and passionate Classroom Assistant to strengthen an Early Years team. Our partnered primary school is a two-form entry primary school with a “Good” Ofsted rating. The successful candidate will have good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and want to make a positive difference in the lives of children. The role will be a full-time position (08:30am – 16:00pm, Monday to Friday) and is an amazing opportunity for a recent graduate or childcare professional looking to work in a primary school setting.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in EYFS.
• Strong academic background
• Proactive, reliable and committed.
• A clear commitment to whole school improvement.
• Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available to work from Monday – Friday (08:30 – 16:00)

• Work effectively under the guidance of the class teacher and phase leader.
• Ensure the highest standards of learning and attainment.
• Deliver high quality interventions.
• Carry out observations and write developmental reports.
• Help deliver learning in line with the EYFS framework.
