What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting young children with autism in a nurturing early years setting
• Assisting with personalised learning plans and structured routines
• Encouraging communication, social interaction, and emotional development
• Working closely with teachers, therapists, and specialists
• Creating a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
