We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to join our teams as Special Educational Needs (SEN) Classroom Assistants. If you have experience supporting children with additional needs and are passionate about helping young learners reach their full potential, we would love to hear from you.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored communication and physical support to meet the unique needs of each child
• Enable students to fully access lessons and participate in school activities
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement effective support strategies
• Assist in planning and delivering learning activities for pupils requiring additional help
• Promote cognitive development by identifying and reducing barriers to learning
• Support pupils’ physical wellbeing and assist with personal care when required
• Contribute to creating and reviewing individual targets, attending relevant meetings, and sharing progress updates
• Maintain accurate records of student development in line with school procedures

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience supporting young people with learning difficulties such as autism or ADHD
• Background in educational, support, or care settings providing academic or personal care assistance
• Willingness to deliver personal care where necessary, including toileting, changing, and peg feeding
• Immediate availability for interviews
• Right to Work in the UK and an Enhanced Child/Adult DBS dated within the past 3 months or registered on the Update Service
