This position involves supporting a child in Year 3 with Autism on a 1:1 basis. The senior leadership team is warm, supportive, and committed to creating an environment where both staff and pupils can grow. The school is dedicated to stretching high-achieving learners while providing strong, tailored support for those with additional needs. By joining the team as a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping all pupils reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 support for a child with Autism
• Assisting the class teacher with daily activities
• Supporting the wider class as needed
• Supervising and caring for children during break and lunch times
• Managing and responding to challenging behaviours
• Building positive relationships with parents and carers

Benefits:

• £90 – £107 PAYE, paid weekly — no umbrella company deductions
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
