We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our schools as Special Educational Needs (SEN) Classroom Assistants. If you have a background in learning support and a passion for helping children with additional needs thrive, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver one-to-one and small-group support tailored to each child’s communication, emotional and physical needs
• Help pupils engage fully in lessons, enrichment activities, and wider school life
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement personalised support plans
• Assist in planning and setting up meaningful learning activities
• Promote pupils’ independence by removing learning barriers and encouraging confidence
• Support students’ personal care needs where required, ensuring their wellbeing at all times
• Take part in progress reviews, contribute to target setting, and share feedback with staff and parents
• Keep accurate records of pupil progress in line with school procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND, including autism, ADHD or learning disabilities
• Background in an educational or care-based environment providing academic or personal care support
• Confidence in delivering high-needs care such as peg feeding, toileting, and changing
• Availability for an immediate interview/trial
• Right to Work in the UK and an Enhanced Adult/Child DBS registered on the update service (or willing to apply)
