About the Role

You will work closely with classroom teachers to enhance teaching and learning, supporting both whole-class instruction and targeted interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to individuals and small groups, helping pupils stay engaged and focused
• Reinforce learning objectives and promote independence across all activities
• Offer constructive feedback to pupils, celebrating progress and guiding improvement
• Assist teachers in preparing and delivering learning activities
• Track and record pupil progress accurately, sharing relevant insights with staff
• Communicate regularly with teaching staff about pupil development, challenges, and achievements
