An inclusive and forward-thinking mainstream primary school in Roehampton is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Graduate Classroom Assistant to join their team immediately. As a Classroom Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support teaching and learning, contribute to a positive classroom environment, and ensure every child receives the individual attention they need to succeed. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, compassionate, and eager to inspire young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils who may require additional help
• Contribute to classroom organisation, behaviour management, and daily routines
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and motivating learning atmosphere
• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

What We’re Looking For:

• A graduate or qualified individual with a genuine passion for working with children
• Previous experience in a school, tutoring, or childcare setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Reliability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Availability for an immediate trial and start
