What We’re Looking For:

• GCSEs (A–C) in English and Maths or equivalent
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or above)
• Experience supporting children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Ability to manage behaviour confidently and effectively
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage pupils of varying abilities
• A proactive individual who uses initiative and adapts well to different scenarios
• Enthusiasm for supporting school activities, including extra-curricular involvement
