What You’ll Do

Learning & Teaching Support

• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities
• Provide individual and small-group support
• Offer focused assistance to pupils with Special Educational Needs

Classroom Organisation

• Help set up and maintain a safe, positive learning environment
• Keep resources tidy and organised throughout the day
• Assist with admin tasks like photocopying, filing, and displays

Pupil & Family Support

• Build trusting, supportive relationships with pupils
• Communicate with parents and carers regarding progress and wellbeing
• Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive class atmosphere

General Duties

• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of pupils at all times
• Support with playground and lunchtime supervision

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in EYFS, nursery, or KS1
• Confidence working with SEN pupils
• A warm, patient, and adaptable approach
• Genuine commitment to children’s emotional and academic development
