About the Role:
As a Year 5 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils in their learning and development. You will help deliver engaging lessons, provide one-to-one and small group support, and contribute to creating a positive and supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils in Year 5 with their academic and social development
• Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Supporting pupils with varying needs to help them reach their full potential

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in Key Stage 2
• A patient, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting learning
