The Role

As a Classroom Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher to support day-to-day learning, contribute to a calm and engaging classroom environment, and help pupils access lessons effectively. You may also support small group activities and targeted interventions to help pupils reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the class teacher during whole-class lessons
• Working with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning
• Assisting with the preparation of learning resources and classroom displays
• Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
• Helping to monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
• Supporting pupils’ wellbeing and engagement throughout the school day

Pay & Benefits

• £89 – £105 per day (PAYE only – no umbrella fees)
