This is a full-time, long-term position within a specialist provision, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of pupils with Special Educational Needs.

The Role:

• Full-time teaching role within a specialist SEN setting
• Teaching and supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
• Working collaboratively with experienced support staff and senior leaders
• Immediate start with long-term stability

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• ECTs are encouraged to apply
• Willing and motivated to work with pupils with SEN
• Patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues

Previous SEN experience is desirable but not essential; training and support will be provided.
