This is a long-term position, offering consistency, stability, and the chance to build meaningful relationships with pupils who require additional support.

The Role

As a Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs
• Support children and young people with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and associated needs
• Assist pupils with emotional regulation, engagement, and life skills development
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored support strategies
• Support pupils across primary or secondary settings, depending on school needs

• Individuals with a caring, patient, and proactive approach
• Candidates with experience supporting SEN pupils, or those keen to develop within SEN
• Graduates interested in education, psychology, or youth work
