This role is ideal for someone with hands-on SEN experience who understands how to support communication, routine, and emotional well-being. You’ll be trusted to bring your expertise to the role and supported to succeed from day one.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has significant SEN experience (essential)
• Has supported students with Down Syndrome and non-verbal needs
• Can build strong, trusting relationships
• Is available full-time
• Can trial immediately
