Teaching Assistant – SEN Support

The Role:

• Supporting children with a range of SEN needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs)
• Working 1:1 and in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with tailored learning activities
• Promoting a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
• Encouraging social and emotional development

Requirements:

• No formal qualifications required
• Previous experience working with children (school, nursery, care, youth work, or similar) is preferred
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
