Behaviour Mentor – Primary School (All Year Groups)

Salary: £95 – £105 Daily (PAYE)

Are you passionate about supporting children with behavioural needs? Do you have the resilience, empathy and energy to positively impact young lives?

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
• Implement positive behaviour management strategies
• Support emotional regulation and social development
• Build strong, consistent relationships with pupils
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO and pastoral staff
• Encourage engagement in learning both inside and outside the classroom

About You:

• Experience working with children or young people (education, youth work, coaching, mentoring, care or similar)
• Calm, patient and resilient approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident managing challenging behaviour in a supportive and structured way

A sports background is desirable as active engagement can be highly effective for many pupils, however this is not essential. Candidates from varied professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
