The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the classroom teacher and working with a diverse group of students in a Key Stage 2 classroom. You will be expected to lead small groups and help children on a one-to-one basis to improve their English and Maths skills.

The school offers the opportunity for temporary positions to become permanent for candidates who show commitment and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering lessons
• Help improve the attainment levels of the class as a whole
• Support students one-to-one with their learning and development
• Create and implement individualised education plans
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
