SEN Teaching Assistant – Hanwell (Full-Time, Long-Term)

Pay: £90–£105 per day (PAYE – paid weekly)

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Hanwell. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity within one school, ideal for someone who values consistency and building strong relationships with pupils and staff.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH.
• Providing 1:1 and small group support.
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management.
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN.
• Patient, resilient and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passionate about supporting children’s development and wellbeing.
