Behaviour Mentor – Hanwell (Full-Time, Long-Term)

Location: Hanwell, London
Pay: £95–£110 per day (PAYE – paid weekly)

We are currently recruiting for a committed and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive school in Hanwell. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity within one school, ideal for someone who values consistency and building positive relationships with pupils and staff.

The Role:

• Supporting students with behavioural needs, SEMH, ADHD, and ASD.
• Providing 1:1 and small group mentoring sessions.
• Implementing behaviour support strategies and individual plans.
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Working closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to support student progress.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Calm, patient and confident approach.
• Ability to build trust and act as a positive role model.
• Passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential.
